Responsibilities: - Identify, qualify and validate the customer applications needs and intermediate the product solutions to the customer
- To create positive impact to customer's mindset, influence and institute changes in customer perception, thinking & practice to adopt our product solution
- Aggressive to seek sales opportunities from existing & new sales accounts
- Able to deliver high impact scientific and technical presentation, equipment demo and system trial & validation
- Develop close business relationship & good rapport with customers
Requirements: - Diploma/Degree in Science / Engineering / Technical Discipline only
- Enterprising, mature personality, independent and able to communicate with people of different level multi-culture, multi-nationality
- High mental strength, focus minded and strong emotional quotient (EQ) to influence and institute changes in customer perception, thinking & work practice
- Highly committed, disciplined, task oriented and strong professionalism
- Proficient in English, additionally in Malay, Chinese, Tamil, Arabic, German or French

| Position : Application Engineer |  |
Responsibilities: - To support external sales force and be responsible for day to day business
- To provide good customer service through product knowledge, handling enquiries and sales order documentation
- Responsible for order processing, close follow-up and internal co-ordination with customers, logistics and warehouse to ensure timely delivery
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Science
- Pleasant with good telephone etiquette and customer oriented mindset
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player
- A great sense of responsibility, commitment and ability to work independently
- Good follow through skills, ensuring assigned task are effectively executed on time
- Proficient in English and Mandarin language

Responsibilities:- Installation & Commissioning of new equipment sales at customer site
- Troubleshoot, maintenance & repair of equipment, both indoor and at customer site. Support sales & marketing department in the equipment sales activity
- Visit existing customer as necessary to ensure proper operation of equipment
- Establish maintenance schedule for each equipment sold by the company
- Identify existing customer needs for system upgrade and new equipment requirement
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
- Required skill(s): experience in the maintenance of industrial equipment
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Arabics, German etc..
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Applicants must be willing to travel extensively
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent
