Cryogas Tech was formed in 1997 to serve pharmaceutical industry in Malaysia, Singapore Indonesia & Thailand. Our business covers both the engineering & trading services for sterile & aseptic applications. Cryogas engineering division provides system solution for clean utilities like <USP> / <EP> purified water & WFI, pure steam and pure nitrogen tank blanketing system and laboratory gas system. In the area of sterile & aseptic process, we provide effective solutions for colloiding, homogenizing, mixing, media transfer, heat exchange, ozone sanitization and CIP/SIP system. We apply the most current good engineering practice and V-model approach in our system design, installation, qualification & validation, complete with all necessary documents like DQ, IQ, OQ & PQ. Cryogas trading division supply various product such as mixer, pump, stainless steel flow components, ozone generator, orbital welding machines and pipe cutting machine. All stainless steel components & equipment supplied by Cryogas are manufactured in accordance to ASME BPE 2009 standard and with approval from EHEDG & 3A standards. Cryogas provides welding operator qualification & training for orbital welding and tube cutting for the piping installation for <USP> water PW, WFI, pure steam, sterile OFA and N2 gas. |
