Gosco Valves is separating its valves into two different product lines: M-Class (metal-seated) and S-Class (soft-seated).

Gosco S-class ON/OFF Ball Valve 

For tough, reliable performance that outlasts the competition, the Gosco Dual Pak Ball Valve is the valve of choice. It exceeds Class VI shut-off and includes a patented stem sealing system that surpasses all existing and proposed emission standards. The optional fugitive emissions port can be pressurized with an inert gas for ‘zero emission’ applications.

Dual Pak Ball Valves are frequently found in, but are not limited to, the following applications: steam service, high temperature, high cycle, chemical, and abrasive services.

The M-Class Valve is our made-to-order valve line. M-Class valves are completely customizable for abrasive, corrosive, high pressure, high temperature, and high cycle applications, and are extremely competitively priced.  

Gosco 3^rd generation BORONIZING metal seated ball valve is one class above other metal seated valve technology with 1^st generation HVOF & 2^nd  generation HVHF carbide coated seat & ball.

Size: ½” to 10” standard port, up to 4500# class , up to 649 ºC/1200 ºF. Exotic alloys are available including Hastelloy, Alloy 20, Titanium, Duplex, Tantalum, and many more . 1, 000,000 cycle guaratee (extended guarantee available for special applications)

Gosco S-class CRYOGENIC valve 

S-class Cold temperatures are no match for the Gosco Cryogenic Valve. Our cryogenic valve is designed to withstand temperatures down to -270 ºC/-454 ºF and has a minimum 14” bonnet extension to protect the actuator and the handle from the ice ball. The valve has the patented stem sealing system of the Dual Pak valve, a detachable bonnet, and TFM-1600 seats (-200 ºC/-328 ºF.) If safety is a concern, every Gosco Cryogenic Valve has a drilled ball to relieve pressure as well as a fully grounded stem.
